We granted the States writ of certiorari to review the Court of Appeals decision overturning the conviction of the defendant Jay L. Conn for criminal sexual contact with a minor in violation of NMSA 1978, Section 30-9-13(A)(1) (Repl.Pamp.1984). For the reasons stated below, we quash the writ of certiorari as improvidently granted.
